We are a business entity falling in the Clothing and Accessories sector with printed clothing and other items as our primary products/services that we are engaged in retail selling to our customers, both online as well as offline.
We are based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
The respective price quoted for any, as well as all our products is what is charged from the customer. There are no separate charges for shipping.
No returns at all. Cancellation is possible till the time an order has not yet been shipped from our end. Once it has been shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. Yes, we have our own reasons and system of working which are discussed in detail under our “Cancellation, Returns and Refunds” section which says exactly, the reason behind our seemingly absurd decision when some platforms enable returns up to 14 days from date of delivery.
Right now we are offering only UPI payments as the only mode of payment of orders to our customers. A couple of minutes’ read at our “Ordering, Shipping and Delivery” and “Privacy Policy” sections will provide a better understanding of the reasons as to why we have decided to operate in the way we do.
The process is really simple and hassle free, at the same time safe and secure. It has been discussed in details under “Ordering, Shipping and Delivery” and “Making the Payment” sections.
For every order placed and payment made, what you will have and subsequently need to track your order is an Order Number. Referring to the same, we can always check and update you on the progress of the order made. Alternatively you can also track the progress of your order via the Tracking ID that we share with you, which we receive from our delivery partners.
