Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

  • An order once received, usually takes 2-3 days maximum to be dispatched through our shipping partners. Cancellation requests will only be entertained till the product has not been dispatched from our end to one/any of our shipping partners. Customers can check the status of their orders on our website. Only orders that are “In process” can be cancelled; orders which are “shipped” and thereafter cannot be cancelled.

  • Upon cancellation of an order, it may take up to 14 days for the paid amount to be refunded back to the customer.

  • Please also note that unlike other brands, we DO NOT use mock ups or artificially generated product images on our website, or elsewhere for marketing – all the images used by us in advertisements and promotions are real time, real images of our products. The process is without a doubt, time consuming and laborious. There is a good reason why we do it anyhow. It gives the best possible illustration of our products to our customers. You see them, as they are in reality. Through extensive market research we have learned that the most common reason behind why return and refund requests are made, is because of the use of computer generated images and mock ups that are used by many, sometimes most prominent brands. Mismatch in case of customers’ expectations about the product, and the actual attributes of the product are what give rise to return/refund requests. Why we have not resorted to this exercise is to eliminate any such difference in what we are advertising, and what we are actually sending to our customers. On the down side, our products may seem to be less appealing as compared to mock ups and artificially generated images of products, especially clothing items.

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide and/or entertain RETURNS and REFUNDS at all for all our wearable items. To avoid issues and inconveniences later, what we provide is a size chart with all our products for customers to refer to, along with the products’ dimensions so that customers get to know the exact measurements for the size that they order.

  • At the same time, no refunds and no returns policy also ensures that you are being delivered a completely new, packed clothing item that has not been previously been delivered to another customer who has already tried it on, and returned it within a certain number of days (sometimes as many as 15 days as some Ecommerce platforms and websites allow) back to the seller, who unethically packs and delivers the same item to another different buyer. Nevertheless, we consider it an unhygienic practice. We’d rather settle for negative reviews and negative publicity for not allowing RETURNS and REFUNDS than indulge in this unethical practices, nor encourage them in buyers.
